This recipe brings back memories! I remember my momma make this as an easy weeknight side dish. All the ingredients come together in one pot and there is no chopping or fussing with ingredients. Try it at least once and let me know what you think!

Cheesy Cream Corn (from a can)

Instructions

One pot!

  1. Add all of the ingredients into one pot (that has a lid) and stir to combine.

Heat it up

  1. One all of the ingredients are in the pot, then turn on your heat to medium.  Wait for it to boil, then reduce and cover.  Cook on low for about 10 minutes or until you see the liquid thickening up.  When you stir it, it should leave a channel (or gap) showing how thick it has become.

Enjoy!

  1. When you have reached your desired thickness, turn off the heat and let rest.  You don't want to scorch your tongue!
