Crockpot Crack Chicken

Servings: 4 Total Time: 6 hrs 20 mins Difficulty: Beginner
This would be a good filling for a casserole as well!

This ultra-creamy slow cooker chicken is rich, savory, and ridiculously easy. Using chicken thighs keeps it extra juicy, plus, I think the dark meat of chicken has more flavor. The sauce becomes velvety because of the cream cheese and sour cream.

Crockpot Crack Chicken

When I want something "good" that means I am looking for protein, fat and flavor. This one hit all three points.

Instructions

Crockpots make it easy!

  1. Load your crockpot

All of the ingredients go into the crockpot.  That's it.  Load it up, set it and it will be ready when you are!

Note

I used chicken thigh that were still frozen to extend my cooking time. My work day is a full 8 hours and I didn't want the chicken to be overcooked when I got home. You can also add some broth to prevent it from drying out or scorching if you need a little more time on the clock.
