Let's get healthy inside and out!
Using two measuring cups, add one cup of coconut water to each.
Put the smaller cup of coconut water in the microwave for approximately a minute to heat up (not boiling).
While one cup is heating, pour the two envelopes of gelatin into the larger cup. Whish vigorously to bloom the gelatin.
Add the heated coconut water to the cold coconut water and mix again. Pour into a mold or 8 by 8 baking dish. Let cool for 3 hours.
Unmold or cut the gelatin into cubes. Consume three cubes a day to increase collagen intake.
