Have you ever been Brunswick, GA? I finally got the chance a few years ago and it was wonderful! I even bought a postcard with the orginal Brunswick Stew recipe on it. And, while I enjoyed that stew IMMENSLY, the way I make it is my favorite.

Brunswick Stew

There are two great things about this recipe. The first is that most of the ingredients come from a can. The second is that it all goes into a crockpot, so it is mostly hands off.

  1. How easy is it? Crockpot easy!

Basically, the only things you have to do for this recipe is chop and dice your potatoes and onions.  Other than that, it is all about opening and dumping in the cans.  If you do use whole kernel corn, drain it.  But none of the other canned items need to be drained.
