Are you a just bacon? Do you like cheese? You could even do some veggies!
Cut and cook one pound of bacon. Drain off excess grease.
Crack 10 eggs into a bowl. Mix in heavy cream and spices of choice.
While your oven is preheating, portion out the pan of bacon into a well-greased muffin tin. Pour egg mixture over bacon, making sure it is evenly distributed.
Cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. They will rise slightly when cooking and then sink back down as they cool.
